THE FRASER Coast Industry & Careers Showcase, now in its third year, is the region’s one-stop destination for students and job seekers to explore local career opportunities and the pathways to get there. 

Honourable Lance McCallum Minister for Employment and Small Business, and Minister for Training and Skills Development said, “The Showcase will take place at the Maryborough Showgrounds on June 5, and is the only one of its kind in the region, providing attendees with real-world insights into a range of roles through live demonstrations, hands-on experiences, and opportunities to talk to industry experts.”

“Annually, the Showcase attracts more than 2,500 students and jobseekers and more than 80 regional businesses and organisations.”

The 2024 Fraser Coast Industry & Careers Showcase is hosted by Jobs Fraser Coast, a Regional Jobs Committee which is proudly supported and funded by the Queensland Government. 

This regional event is a collaboration led by Jobs Fraser Coast in partnership with Fraser Coast Regional Council, Hervey Bay Jobs Ready Program, TAFE Queensland, Link and Launch and Wide Bay Local Jobs Program.
