Community Bank platinum sponsor two years running

COMMUNITY Bank Hervey Bay has signed for the second successive year as the platinum sponsor of the Fraser Coast Business and Tourism Awards, to be presented this year at the Brolga Theatre on Friday November 8. 

It will be the 12th anniversary of the awards in the combined format of business and tourism, organised by Fraser Coast Tourism & Events in partnership with the Chambers of Commerce of Hervey Bay, Maryborough and Tiaro. 

Operating nationally for 26 years under the Bendigo Bank brand, this year marks 18 years of trading for Community Bank Hervey Bay, which is renowned for its generosity in supporting local Fraser Coast businesses. 

“Community Bank Hervey Bay is dedicated to fostering community growth and development with the Business and Tourism sector plays a crucial role for the region” said Branch Manager, Tim Evans.

The annual Fraser Coast Business and Tourism Awards in 23 categories provide an opportunity for business and tourism enterprises to be recognised amongst peers as the most successful in the region.  

FCTE general manager Martin Simons thanked Community Bank Hervey Bay for its ongoing support and the company’s ethos in backing the community where it did business.
